Placing Your Order
Ordering at AlexBlake.com is fast and secure, but if you're concerned about online shopping safety, please read our Privacy & Security Information section.
To place your order follow these simple steps:
1. Find the product you wish to purchase
2. Choose a size, color and quantity and click the ADD TO CART button
3. If you wish to change quantities, click in the quantity field, type in the new number you would like and click RECALCULATE
4. To continue shopping for other products, just click on any of the
product or category links (don’t worry, you won’t lose your cart
details)
5. When you have finished your shopping and would like to check out, click on the CHECKOUT button beneath your cart display
6. If you have shopped with us before then enter your e-mail address and password if you are not already logged in
7. If you have not shopped with us before, enter your e-mail address
and a password for your account (not less than seven alphanumeric
digits – casesensitive, preferably including at least one number and
one letter) and click on the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button
8. Complete your shipping address details (and billing address details
if different) and click on the SAVE AND CHECKOUT button.
9. Review your order and complete your card payment details and click on the PLACE ORDER button.
10. Take bow.
We will then send you an e-mail confirming your order, but note that
we never charge your card until the items are shipped and we will never
ask for you to send us your credit card details by e-mail.
If you feel uncomfortable placing your order online, you may phone
in your order to our Customer Service department at 1.866.4.my.feet
(1.866.469.3338) - but we can not accept orders via e-mail.

Order Changes and Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order through the My Account function
right up to the point that your order details are printed off for
dispatch in our warehouse. If you would like to cancel an order, please
go to the Order Tracking/History section under My Account on the
website and amend your order. If you have any trouble, please e-mail
our Customer Service department.

Charging Your Card
We will charge your card on the day that we ship your order, just
prior to dispatching it. If our attempt to charge your card is declined
then we will e-mail you a card verification/amendment notification
inviting you to log back in to the website to check and amend your card
details to enable us to dispatch your order.

Availability & Prices
The great bulk of items displayed on the AlexBlake website are held
in stock in our distribution center for immediate dispatch, but where
we do not currently have inventory on hand unassigned to customer
orders we display the anticipated availability of items on the website
on the basis of our previous experience of our suppliers’ delivery
patterns. We’re generally pretty accurate, but inevitably sometimes we
have to revise dispatch estimates for items not on hand at the point
that you placed your order. We display our most up-to-the-minute
availability information in the Order Tracking section under “My
Account”.
We charge your card for the price of goods dispatched to you at the
price displayed on the website at the time that you placed your order
and confirmed by e-mail.

US Sales Taxes
We do not charge US customers Sales Tax.
In order to achieve
this apparently simple objective, customers requiring delivery to
addresses in South Dakota (shout out Lucy!) where our distribution
center is located, have an amount equal to South Dakota’s very
reasonable Sales Tax deducted from the value of their order so that we
pay the State’s Sales Tax for them. Because we’re like that.
Even-handed. Even-legged perhaps.

International Customs Duties
Orders dispatched to customers
outside the USA are liable to be charged import customs duties in line
with the national laws of the delivery address. In practice, many
smaller orders for individual use do not seem to be charged such
duties, but this varies by destination country and the thoroughness of
collection seems to vary dramatically by country. We hope that your
international orders are not subject to additional customs duties, but
– when levied – these must be paid by the recipient on delivery. Good
