To view the status of your order at any time, login to your account and click on "Order Tracking/History". (You can also go direct to this page by clicking on the link provided in your order confirmation email). This will bring up a list of all orders you have placed with AlexBlake.com. To view details of each order click on the order number. This will show every item in the order, whether it has been processed (the time and date of processing will be shown), or whether we are awaiting a delivery from the supplier. If your order has been sent using a tracked delivery service a link to the USPS or UPS tracking website will be shown so that you can obtain the most up-to-date shipping status for your package.
