We will obviously be passing your comments back to Pamela Mann to ensure that this does not happen again. Since my earlier email concerning your feedback about the Pamela Mann Duo-Tone tights I have sent your comments to Pamela Mann. I have now just heard from them saying that following our comments they have been testing out the DuoTone tights in black/white to see how they could improve the quality and as a result have decided to discontinue this particular colour variation.

The design of the tights is brilliant, but the quality is not great - the black part is a funny shade of black, sort of blue/greenish, and the black stains the white part slightly. Still get a lot of compliments on the tights!

Pamela Mann do have some great designs, however they are very much affordable fashion rather than a de luxe brand such as Wolford or Falke. Obviously though if an item is faulty we will replace/refund.

I am so sorry to hear that you don’t like the Pamela Mann Duo-Tone tights. I have just checked the product description and these tights are 100% nylon, so they don’t have any lycra or elastane in them, therefore the fit won’t be as good as for other products. Pamela Mann do make great fun designs, however they do very much specialise in affordable fashion. I would recommend that you try another brand if you would like something more de luxe.
