Delivery Methods & Times
Where are my goods shipped from?
AlexBlake.com has warehouses in the US and the UK.
Products from the following brands are shipped via either USPS or UPS from the US:
All other brands are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail, Hermes or UK Mail and will take between 5 and 10 working days to reach you depending on your location. For more information about delivery times please see Delivery Information.
AlexBlake UK branch is currently moving warehouse as well as carrier, we ask that you bare with us during this transition. We currently have stock shipping from both our old and new warehouse.
We aim to have all orders placed before 12noon (Mon-Fri) shipped the same working day, however at this time there may be a small delay.
If you have any questions regarding delivery of an item you wish to to purchase please do not hesitate to contact us.
Has my order been shipped yet?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If you have created a customer account, you will also be able to log in to your account and check your order history. Your order history will display the status of your order and provide you with information on which orders/items have been shipped, are ready for despatch or waiting for stock.
You can click here to access your account at any time to check the status of your order.
How quickly do you ship?
For items shipped from our US fulfilment center*, orders for in stock items made before 3.30pm EST/2.30pm CST/8.30pm GMT will be despatched the same working day.
Order placed before 12pm EST/11pm CST/5pm GMT for in stock items shipped from our UK fulfillment center* will be shipped the same working day.
Orders received after these cut off times will be shipped the next working day.

Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the “Address Book” tab on the left hand menu. You will then see options to change your billing and shipping addresses.
If you have already made your order and you have noticed that your delivery address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible. However, if your order is in our warehouse for picking and packing or it has already been shipped we will not be able to amend the address details.
If you have any concerns that your order may already have been shipped to the incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible.
If my order is split, what happens about shipping charges?
Occasionally we will be out of stock of a particular item or we will not have the quantities that you would like. You can still place an order but there may be a delay in shipping these items. Items that are in stock will be sent immediately. The rest of your order will be sent as the items become available.
If your order contains items that are being shipped from our fulfillment centers in the UK and the US and your order will therefore be dispatched in more than one package.

You will be charged for shipping when the first package leaves our warehouse but there is no additional shipping charge no matter how many shipments are required to fulfill your order.

Can I track my order?

You can also find out if your order has been shipped but logging into your account on the website and checking your order history or by contacting us.
Will I be charged Customs & Import Duties?
Shipments to and from destinations outside the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by local laws. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges may be or whether they are applied at all as customs policies and import duties vary significantly from country to country.
These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
US Sales Tax
AlexBlake.com does not charge sales tax on any orders.
Do you deliver to work addresses?
We can deliver to your residential address or your place of work.
When you check out you will be given the option to enter separate shipping and billing addresses.

AlexBlake.com can deliver orders to PO Boxes via standard delivery services.
Please note that signed for and tracked services will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please see Delivery Method Information for more information about tracked and signed for delivery services.
What is your packaging like?
All orders are dispatched in plain packaging. AlexBlake.com branding does not appear on the outside of our packages.
Do you offer gift wrap?
If you would like to send your order gift wrapped please select the gift wrap option at the checkout stage. Gift Wrap is charged at $4.95 per order.
If you select the gift wrap option, your order will be wrapped in tissue and paper and tied up with a ribbon.
