Our Returns Policy


We will be happy to exchange or refund you for any merchandise that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition within 365 days of you placing your order. This returns guarantee is over and above your statutory rights.

Please note, that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of hosiery products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us.

AlexBlake.com cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we advise customers to obtain proof of posting and use a carrier that insures your goods in the event of them being damaged or going missing in transit. We also highly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service so you can track your order on its way back to AlexBlake.com.


How do I return an item?


You can return items to us by filling in the form on your invoice which will ask you for details of the product you are returning and the reason for the return. Please also state clearly whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund and ensure that you enclose the invoice with your returned item.

If you no longer have your invoice, please ensure that you enclose your order number (if you have it) as well as your name, address and contact details. Please also provide the reason for the return and state whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

Please make sure you have paid the correct shipping fees for your package. Failing to do so may cause delays or mean that your returned items do not get to us at all.

As soon as we have received your returned item(s) we will provide you with an exchange or a refund.

We will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed and any details of the replacement items where applicable.

Please note if you have requested an exchange and your chosen substitute product is not in stock we will place your item onto backorder. Your item will then be sent to you as soon as we have received further stock.

If the item is no longer available at AlexBlake.com we will contact you offering an alternative item or a refund.


I have lost my returns note?


If you no longer have your invoice with the returns note on the back you can still send merchandise back to us. Please return items to:

Please ensure that you enclose your order number if you have it as well as your name, address and contact details. Please also provide the reason for the return and state clearly whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.


Will you refund the cost of postage for returning my item?


When we have received your returned item we will exchange it or refund you for the full cost of the item.

If you have requested an exchange, we will not charge you again for shipping when we dispatch your replacement items.

AlexBlake.com will not refund your shipping costs unless you have had to return an item due to an error on our part or because the item you received was faulty.


I have been refunded the incorrect amount


If you think that you have been refunded incorrectly then please contact us as soon as possible with details of the refund you have received and the amounts that you were expecting.

We aim to resolve issues of this nature within one working day. If we are not able to fully resolve the issue within this timeframe we will ensure that we provide you with a clear timetable for resolution within one working day.

Please note that, depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank statement.


Have you received my returned items?


We aim to process returns and refunds within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. In the majority of cases, returns will be processed faster than this.

We will send you an email to let you know that we have processed your exchange or refund (please note that refunds may then take up to 10 days to show on your statement).

If you think that it is taking longer than normal to process your refund or exchange then please contact us with details of the items you have returned and we will investigate.

I have returned an item but it was not exchanged/refunded as requested


If your order has not been refunded or exchanged as requested please contact us as soon as possible with details of the refund/exchange you have received and what you were expecting.

What happens if I return an item that was paid for with a coupon


If you need to return an item that was partly or entirely paid for with a coupon the procedure is exactly the same as for normal returns. Please see How do I return an item? for instructions on how to return merchandise to us.

You will be refunded for the amount you paid for each item on your order and not the full cost of the product.


How do I exchange an item for one that is cheaper or more expensive?


If you would like to exchange an item for one that is cheaper or more expensive than the original order the procedure is exactly the same as for normal returns. Please see How do I return an item? for instructions on how to return merchandise to us.

If you request an exchange for an item that is cheaper than the original item on their order, you will be refunded the difference in price to the card you used to make the order. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank statement.

If you request an exchange for an item that is more expensive than the original item on your order you will be charged the difference when the replacement item is dispatched. The charge will be made to the card you used to make the original order.
