Dispatch LocationWe have Warehouses in the US and the UK. The following brands are shipped from the UK and will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive: Aristoc, Bebaroque, Cette, Charnos, Elbeo, Emilio Cavallini, Falke, Henry Holland, Jonathan Aston, Levante, Pretty Polly, Pamela Mann, Scholl, ShaToBu, Trasparenze and Trinny & Susannah, all other brands are shipped from the US. Delivery Times & PricesIf you place your order before 2.00pm EST (Monday to Friday) and subject to the items being in stock in our US warehouse, your order will be dispatched from our on the same working day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the dispatch of your order. All orders are posted via USPS Estimated delivery times are listed below. However now and then it can take a little longer and therefore we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date for your order. Standard USPS Priority MailFor US deliveries (including Alaska, Hawaii, AFO), standard USPS mail usually takes 3-5 working days, and is charged at $4.95. For USA Protectorates, standard USPS mail usually takes 3-5 working days, and is charged at $4.95. For Canada & Mexico, standard USPS mail usually takes 5-10 working days, and is charged at $9.95. For countries in the European Union, standard USPS mail usually takes 5-10 working days, and is charged at $9.95. For Japan, Australia & New Zealand, standard USPS mail usually takes 5-10 working days, and is charged at $9.95. Premium US Next Day DeliveryIf you place your order before 2.00pm EST (Monday to Friday) and subject to the items being in stock in our US Warehouse, your order will be with you the next working day arriving no later than 1pm. A signature will also be required. Please note Special Deliveries do not arrive on Saturdays, Sundays or any Bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse a tracking link can be found under your account information which will direct you to the USPS website. This will give you more information as where exactly your order is. The cost of postage and packaging for the Premium USPS Next Day Delivery service is a flat charge of $49.95 for all US customers (not including PO Boxes, AFO/FPO addresses - these addresses will have to use standard delivery).
